Instructions
1. Enter the date you wish to start calculating Penalty Interest from in the 'dd/mm/yyyy' format (ie 19/10/2003). Note: This date is included in the calculations.
2. Enter the date you wish to end calculating Penalty Interest on in the 'dd/mm/yyyy' format (ie 21/3/2004). Note: This date is included in the calculations.
3. Enter the dollar amount you wish to perform the calculation on.
4. Enter a " file reference" to be displayed on the page for printing.
5. Choose a value from the modifier list if you wish to add a percentage to the existing rate (ie add 2% to every rate), otherwise leave as zero.
6. Click the 'Calculate' button.
